Finally and after a quite long process, Helpu is now officially a member of Der Paritätische NRWone of the biggest NGOs Unions in Germany and Europe. Alhamdullah! In the next lines, I'll share a piece of thought with those who are pursuing social change like social startups founder and young NGO leaders. Please feel free to criticize, comment or add to it so we can learn from each others. So why such a partnership is very important for us as a young social startup? Let's take that to a more abstract level and see why a cooperation between NGOs Unitions (Dachverbände) like Der Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband - GesamtverbandDeutsches Rotes Kreuz Diakonie Deutschland Der Paritätische Berlin، etc.. and social startups is important for our society Unity is powerful: People are more powerful and effective when they come and work together. In the social sector and particularly in Germany the NGOs unions have built in the past decades an enormous network and they built a well-established infrastructure for social change. They have an impressive access and outreach to those who in need on the ground. However, they are still using a quite old solutions' approaches to tackle our evolving social challenges and here there is a big room where social startups can plug themselves into there infrastructure and find wide channels for there new innovative solutions. So how can we bring these two worlds together and who should take the lead and initiate such a partnerships? There are many great practices can be followed to achieve such a partnership. Now I would like to share only the experiences we have been through. In our case in Help, we got approached by Der Paritätische to join in and the all the communications have been facilitated through Social Impact Lab Duisburg thanks to Dirk Sander and Clemens Binder. I think social startups so as social incubators can learn something out of such an experience. Please if you know any other practices share it with us so we can learn from it. and final I'd love to leave an open question to think about, What would happen if we can bridge between the experience and innovation? an open question to think about, what would happen if we can bridge between the experience and innovation?
